After your payment is completed, your order is reviewed, prepared, packed, and dispatched within 3–5 business days. This timeframe includes order verification, product checks, packaging, and preparation for carrier handover. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with available tracking information.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Busy seasons, high order volume, or promotional periods may cause minor processing delays.
- Orders placed outside regular business hours begin processing on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier route, customs procedures, local delivery conditions, and carrier availability. The delivery estimates below are provided as general guidance and may change based on circumstances outside our direct control.
- Domestic delivery where available: Usually 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: Usually 14–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier route.
Unexpected delays may happen because of customs checks, weather conditions, transport interruptions, local restrictions, or courier operations. Your tracking page will provide the most current shipment status available.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location, order size, package weight, and the shipping method available for your address. Any applicable shipping charge is displayed before you complete your purchase.

- Priority or express delivery options may be offered for an additional fee when available.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

- Packages refused because of unpaid import fees may be returned and refunded after shipping costs are deducted.

6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
After dispatch, your shipment is handled by the selected carrier. While courier operations are outside our direct control, Sunfree will assist customers with delivery-related concerns whenever possible.
- If tracking shows delivered but your parcel is missing, please check nearby areas and contact the carrier first.
- Delayed or missing shipments may require an investigation by the delivery company.
- If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with clear photos as soon as possible.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Sunfree is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled address details.
- Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to request an address correction before dispatch.
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.
- Address updates are not possible once an order has already been shipped.
8. Returned or Undeliverable Orders
Packages returned because of refusal, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs charges, or incorrect address information will be reviewed according to the conditions below.
- Reshipping: May be available after any required additional shipping fees are paid.
- Refunds: May be issued after original shipping fees and applicable return costs are deducted.
